i purchased these during covid, mainly because i was on zoom meetings for work most of the time. i never could get them connected to my laptop. due to covid, and no one working, i wasn't able to reach out for help. i recently went to the retailer and was told they are out of warranty now, so tough luck. bad experience. wish i would not have spent so much money on these.

Wonderful sound but bad at "find my buds"

these headphones are really good with sound and noise canceling, also battery life is pretty good i use one headphone at a time and the battery life for me can be up to 2 days with no charge. how ever if you lose them becareful as the noise is to soft so you can find them as well, i lost my right ear phone like this thinking i could find it with the "find my buds" in the wearables app but i was never able to find it because it never rang. so keep that in mind some times they ring and sometimes they dont

Great sound and noise cancelling

i have had these buds for a year and i still love them! when you have ambient noise turned off, you can't hear anything else except the music. they have great sound for bluetooth. talking on the phone doesn't have any problems. sometimes they get out of sync, but it fixes itself immediately. they have a good battery life. great purchase. would buy for others too because that is how much i like these. the ambient noice also sounds super cool with you have it on.

i was so excited to try the buds+, after disappointment with the buds live and find the samsung phones, tvs, and wired headphones to be excellent. but these wireless headphones were also painful to my ears. they disconnect from my samsung galaxy note 8 after 5-10 minutes of inactivity. i tried using for work on my laptop, on my note 8, and not only was the sound not as good as the wired samsung headphones that came with the note 8, they hurt my ears. i tried the buds live and have the same issues. can't believe the apple airpods have proven the better choice...and match the quality of the samsung wired headphones.

Make sure ultrasonic devices are turned off

these earbuds are great! i just wanted to share a tip that i could not find anywhere online: ultrasonic devices will interfere with the ambient sound feature. make sure to turn off all ultrasonic devices in your surroundings. in my case, a motion sensor light switch which had both ir and ultrasonic sensors was causing interference. it took me a while to figure this out, so i hope this helps somebody save some time!

great sound and connection but left bud will not charge. after a few months the left bud went stray for a few weeks eventually found under lounge cushions. now it will not take charge nor start with a dark residue apparently coming from holes near charging points regularly staining charging case

i've had these for about 7 months. i only use them gently once or twice a month as backup headphones. out of nowhere, the right earbud quit. it won't charge, and its icon on the app is greyed out. for the money, you'd expect your headphones to last at least a year. this was my first and last time purchasing samsung headphones. very disappointed.

these things are cheap for a reason i got them on 12/10/20 used em 1st time today 12/12/20 horrible sound quality volume doesn't go up very high you still hear everything around you even with the ambient sound off it started skipping like your phone would do in bad reception. just purchased the powerbeats pro by dr dressing beats. best investment ever for $70 more great sound quality volume goes 10s higher than the bud+, fit well, and very clear no skipping. samsung could learn a thing or 2 in the headphone department from beats

i have had these for about 2 months now. range of the bt is about 1 inch = garbage; everything interferes with the bt causing it to go in and out making listening less than enjoyable and hardly motivating while working out. sound quality when they do stay connected is awesome! i really like the selectable background level as well. touch controls a bit too sensitive but easy to use other than the experimental volume control, that could use a little more work. too bad the bt is so awful, other wise these could be great earbuds in my opinion.

Too large, Case not Helpful

i have small ears, so i was hoping they'd be small enough to not hurt my ears, but i can't wear these for more than a few minutes without my ears starting to ache. a huge problem i have is the case- i dropped the case, it was closed when i picked it up so i assumed it had survived the fall, but it had shot the earbuds out and snapped closed, all without me realizing. so, one earbud was on the ground all night and the other was in the floorboard of my car. they survived though. i've had problems with sound quality when outside, ambient sound has to be completely off and the touch has to be blocked because the wind will activate the touch control and cause crackling in the microphone.

Broke after 5 Months. Samsung would not repair.

my galaxy buds broke after only 5 months. the left earbud just stopped charging. after verifying my warranty with samsung (before mailing them in for what i was told would be a free repair) they were returned to me with a bill for almost $200. they said they are a non-usa model and, while they are under warranty, i have to pay for the repair. i won't be buying samsung again. a product at this price should last more than 5 months and the warranty should be useful!

less than 7 months since purchase. also my 2nd purchase. both styles have let me down. most recent is the left bud wont charge at all now. case says its charged, but wont connect and samsung wearable app doesn't show it connecting. wont buy a 3rd pair. way to much money for something that breaks fown to early.

sound is fine whatever but they make themselves unusable constantly. they have a feature that when you take your headphone out it stops playback. sounds smart but not when it thinks the ear bud falls out all the time. im not joking when i say i yawn and it cuts off completely. unusable when doing anything other than sitting in place until you can restart your playback.
