i bought these samsung galaxy earbuds plus a couple of days ago, and i absolutely love these earbuds. they are so comfortable, they snug in your ears and don't fall off. when i first opened the box, i noticed the cute design of the bud's case and how light they are. the price is very affordable for what you get, they offer a lot of features that make them unique like ambient sound, noise-canceling, fast syncing to your samsung devices. the audio is really good especially if you need to block the outside world while you work out, or you're simply trying to concentrate while studying. there are many reasons why i like these buds more compared to others is that they are so easy to charge, and they last for a long time.

Quit working after warranty period.

don't get me wrong, i loved these earbuds. however, i had to send them back twice within the warranty period to fix the issues with the speakers not working as they should. now, after my warranty period is over, the left one is so quiet it's almost inaudible. will not be buying these or another pair unfortunately as i've heard nothing but bad things about them. i love samsung, but this was a let down.

The warranty repair process is an absolute rip-off!! my left earbud malfunctioned after a few months. it's widely reported that the left earbud's volume will decrease for no reason. Mine did. Sent it in under warranty for repair, and was sent a different pair. It did the same thing, same side in under a month. Created another warranty repair and was told it would cost me $108. (still under warranty) first I was told they were dirty, then the I was told the buds had physical damage. Neither is true. I will modify this, and upload pics of the earbuds when they are returned to show proof.

what's the point of headphones if they don't stay in your ear? airpod pro's managed to figure out that part just fine, samsung never did. tried these, and the original galaxy buds, only because they came with my s10, and same experience both times. sound quality for the price is pathetic. sony or jbl's both are leagues ahead of samsung in headphone sound quality, i will stick to those brands.

after a recent firmware update, the volume on the left earbud is screwed up. the volume on the left-side is only about 10% of whatever the volume is on the right-side. after some googling to try and resolve the issue, it seems like it's a common issue. to make matters worse, samsung says my warranty expired after 90 days... worked great for about 7 months, but would not recommend because of long-term reliability.

Buds+ Stopped Working

my left earbud stopped working. it seams this is an issue that happens to a lot of people from what i found out in my searches trying to fix the problem. samsung should do something about this problem. when we pay a lot of money for a product we expect it to work.

do not fit well...fell right out in the lake

i've had icon x and they fit like a dream these do not! they came with 3 sets of earwings but 2 of them were not complete. tried to wear them one more time before sending them back (i only had them 1 week) and the left earbud fell right into the lake and obviously did not float. samsung will not stand by it either. very disappointed!!
