loss of sound and poor customer service

well i write this with great disappointment. i have had my buds for a little less then a year. i have sent them in 2 time for repair. the first time the sound in the right quit working. they fixed them and sent them back quickly. the second time same issue and now they are saying that the unit is dirty and that i need to pay 109 for them to fix the buds. i went on samsung's website and i can purchase a new pair for 109.99. i was transferred several times and put on hold and transferred again. i was then told that that is the best they can do and i will need to pay for the repair of get my broken product back. i have a samsung phone, fridge, tv, the list goes on... very very very disappointed

Amazing Sound, Horrible Sync Issues

after a year of searching for new headphones i found these and the sound was amazing! sadly the audio sync with these was not and it ruined my experience using them is pretty much every other use scenario. youtube, movies, video games, all unplayable/watchable due to a solid second of audio desync. used these with bt 5.1 and now matter how close i was to the transmitter i still got audio delay. real shame because these sound amazing, but theyre unusable for anything other than phone calls or listening to music and thats a deal breaker.

my earbuds have been in service for over one month, and even today, 1/24/2021, the pro service dept still says be patient and wait.... does one month (replacement) service sound right at all ? please samsung, just return my buds or something, at least one of the earbuds work, beats nothing to use right now..

bought these for my birthday and a week later the right ear bud was so low cleaned them and reset them and they went back to normal. this happened several times and now the right won't connect and the left is very low i've tried every troubleshooting technique and nothing. i won't be buying a new pair or any newer models.

we are soon to be in 2021 !! one of the biggest company in the world selling an item in a competitive market without having the option to connect to multiple device at a time , its so painfully true and it sucks ,instead they have a useless swift connection . they want to compete with other top tier company and they have this option since forever .your product need to step up its quality.

The best earbuds I have ever had!! Seriously!

i've had every kind of earbuds and headphones, from beats 3 on ear headphones, random wired earbuds, wireless earbuds on cords, with over ear hooks and without. i have recently bought the beans as well and they hurt so bad, i thought that i needed to get my ear used to them and wear them alot, the pain never went away. then i got these... i put them in and had no pain, i waited, no pain. i was listening to music and singing the whole day long, zoned out and happy as could be, just what i needed during this pandemic. these make me happy. i don't have pain, and they make me feel free for a little while. the color is beautiful!!!!!!!! they sound better than all the above as well.

Worked well only for a little while

i bought the red galaxy buds when they were released in late march. up until a few days ago, they worked completely fine: audio was great, connectivity to my phone was fast, great product overall. less than a week ago the left bud stopped working completely and won't charge. the right bud still works but the battery drains way faster than when i originally purchased it and only works for a few hours. since the original purchase, i also noticed the audio was only good if it was connected to my phone. when connected to a pc or my macbook the audio was terrible. i've also tried to call with these and the receiving end told me what they could hear sounded low quality and muffled. these qualities have happened for the entire duration of me having them.

Most secure ear buds

love my samsung ear buds. they are invaluable while on zoom, doing housework and especially yardwork. they fit just right, don't fall out, don't stick out like antennas as with other brands. the sound is awesome, whether i'm listening to music or a conversation. while nothing can replace over the head earphones for outside noise, these buds do a very good job. i've never been bothered by outside noises while using them.

Great earbuds, broken app

these work and sound great. the controls are sophisticated, which is not usually the case with wireless earbuds. unfortunately, they are unusable due to the accompanying app. i understood when i bought them that you configure them with an app. but you can't connect them to the phone without launching the app, and you can't launch the app unless you give it permission to read your contacts and location, among other things. samsung has no business reading (translation: selling) your location. there is no function that requires it. so i returned them.
