Loved this TV in the beginning. Now it has a green line starting in the middle of the TV. Sounds like others also have this issue. Much money to spend and now we have to buy a new one. Done with LG. Also have a washer that the lid is cracked after less than 2 years. Most of my star ratings would have been higher when TV was new with no green blob in the center.

Worst TV Ive ever owned

After owning the TV for about 2 years a vertical line appeared in the middle of the screen from top to bottom. This completely ruins the viewing experience. I called tech support which was no help. After minimal troubleshooting they said they can give me a number of someone who can repair the TV at my expense. LG products are garbage. Ill never purchase another product from them.

Firmware Issue

Had this TV for 2.5 years. Nobody will probably read this review since its so old but overall its been great expect a buggy firmware a few updates ago that broke HDR for a month. Luckily a new update came out to fix the issue. I also wish LG would introduce new features for older TVs. It would be nice to get some of the newer software features that the new TVs have without creating waste and throwing this unit away.

Replacement TV Image Retention

I had image retention on my 2.5 year old TV I believe this issue has been fixed. LG sent out a replacement panel and the TV was no longer under warranty. TV looks great again I would buy another LG OLED when I need a TV.

I bought my 65 OLED in Nov. and added 2yr extended warranty because I was advised by sales rep that they are known to die. Pros: The picture is remarkable especially if you are watching 4K videos The TV is responsive and refresh rate is fast. The viewing angles is unbelievably dynamic. I can almost see the entire screen while standing parallel to the tv as if I was in front of it. The screen is also extremely thin. Smaller than my iPhone 11 Pro. But the back panel where all the connections are makes is bulky and heavy. Cons: Audio quality is terrible. Definitely invest in a soundbar The TV will die after 2 yrs. It literally died 2 months after my 2yr extended warranty expired. It just wont power on. I tried every YouTube suggestion as well as tech support. The 65 looks smaller on my wall than it did in the store but thats just my perspective
