Extended warranties are usually very inexpensive and can save you thousands in the future. It's simple and inexpensive to purchase extended warranties and one of the smartest ways to protect your investment.

Electronics can be large, heavy and expensive. You probably don't have the special tools or expertise needed to fix them in a crisis. If you can spare a few thousand dollars without batting an eyelash for new electronics should they break tomorrow, don't buy a warranty. But if you're like most of us, protect yourself by purchasing inexpensive extended warranties when you buy a new product and save yourself big money in the long run.

Mixed Feelings

I have two OLED 65B9 TV sets. The first one was bought in January 2020. The second one was bought in May 2020. The second set has about 8500 hours of use on it and it is perfect. I would not be able to find the smallest flaw or defect in it no matter how hard I looked. Getting back to the first set it now has 11500 hours of use and unfortunately over the past three or four months is has developed permanent burn in. It has never been used for gaming. It has never been used as a monitor. Since the day I bought it the TV has seen nothing but normal TV content its entire life. Unfortunately OLED burn in is very real even on a TV that sees only normal daily TV content and usage. The pixel shifter has been on since day one. The logo brightness is on low. I run the pixel refresher religiously. The TV still developed permanent burn in. That is the bad news. The good news is that LG has agreed to replace the panel under warranty. The replacement panel has been ordered. The service provider has been in touch with me. Needless to say I am very pleased that a 3.5 year old TV is being fixed under warranty. Considering all of this I would not hesitate to buy LG OLED again. The picture quality is that good.

Failure to connect my I Phone

I bought my tv over a year ago and used my I phone to view my phone photos. This feature has failed I called your support they indicated it was a glitch within your system. When will you fix your glitch?

Good quality picture and vivid color.

I bought this TV in December and so far Ive been very happy. The picture is clear and colors good. The size is perfect for a normal size room. Big enough without being huge. The operating system is easy to navigate. This coming from a 70 year old. I have a sound bar but dont know if I really need it as the sound is good.
