Ive had the tv for a while now and mostly love it. The picture is amazing and the added features are really cool and helpful. Unfortunately I am no longer able to connect to the ThinQ app on my iphone and it will not stay logged into my LG account if I can actually get it to sign in. Other than that this is the best looking tv Ive ever owned.

Mother Board failure

Bought the TV on May 27 2021. Originally worked well. Now the TV will simply go black while we are watching it sometimes coming back on by itself other times we are required to reset the entire system. We did swap out our cable box to eliminate that from being the cause but it has continued to do the same. Of course it is out of warranty so we are left holding the bag.

Just bought our second one about a week ago. These are the best televisions on the market imo. Clear sharp images great sound easy to use. The colors are spectacular. There is also a great variety of apps. There is not a single aspect of it that needs improvement.

I read the reviews of this TV and did my research. I purchased my 55 screen and Ive been loving it ever since. I set it up myself and it was love at first sight Beautiful color and definition. The thickness of the screen is so thin. Its amazing.

I had mine for 18 months and it died Wouldnt turn on one day. I felt like I was getting some help only to be told they would offer 20 off my next purchase. I could have bought many other brands for a lot less and I splurged on the best they LG had. Not worth the money. First time a TV has died on me.

We absolutely loved the display on this TV. I was initially going to be kind of cheap about getting a new TV because I just dont care that much but my husband and I saw the color and detail on this TV and all our TV purchasing plans went out the window and we bought this one. It was nearly double what Id budgeted for but totally worth it initially. I would have given this TV 5 stars but at 13 months the display started acting up. The TV would power off randomly. And the starting on the right side light and dark alternating lines started showing up. And of course 13 months is right outside of the warranty window and LGs response was here are our authorized repair centers where you can pay to have your TV repaired.
